MATERIAL TYPE

Garapa comes from the forests of Central Brazil and has a yellow-beige to yellow-brown heartwood that turns light brown over time. The wood is heavy and hard, and dries slowly with little risk of deformation. Garapa is resistant to fungi and termites, but is poorly permeable. This means that the wood does not allow water to pass easily, contributing to its durability and resistance to moisture.

Garapa wood is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, such as solid furniture, veneer, frames, plywood, carpentry, light craft applications, panels, exterior cladding, tool handles, and structures.

MAINTENANCE

ADEZZ hardwood products initially have a warm, light brown color. This color gradually changes to a silver-gray hue with a natural appearance.
The warm, lighter shade can be maintained by maintaining the product twice a year with an oil or degrayer.
